My question is, I too have a Norcold DE0788 on my RT RS Adenturous, and noticed there is no venting thru the side of the van. I started snooping around when my fridge was only able to cool to 52F. The DE0788 does have a fan blowing into the coils but no exterior venting. Any ideas how I can make fridge more efficient? Maybe installing a DYI fan vent to the roof or side?<br />ahamuserhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03449886372985628520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9075317643215417577.post-19237136001846864132019-08-26T08:38:35.782-07:002019-08-26T08:38:35.782-07:00This is one of the best (pair of) articles I have ...This is one of the best (pair of) articles I have read on RV solar. I have wanted to put about 300W on my Roadtrek (Sprinter). My objective is to support maybe a week or so of dry camping. have 235 Ah of battery capacity and zero room for any more. My fridge works fine on propane. I have a generator. Sooooo much stuff on market it is hard to separate junk from good reliable stuff. I want battery monitoring, and would prefer to use 2 150W panels rather than 3 100's. Prices on battery monitors vary widely.engnrsrulehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13212800145590037144noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9075317643215417577.post-67770575368281560822019-04-04T17:20:43.348-07:002019-04-04T17:20:43.348-07:00What a comprehensive and impressive article, I may...What a comprehensive and impressive article, I may use it almost exactly step by step as I'm going to add solar to a 2008 Roadtrek Sprinter.
